Today while fixing lunch for my kids, I danced around the kitchen. My son asked what I was doing and I told him I was exercising during the time I was making the lunch. When the timer goes off I would have been continuously moving around for 5 to 10 minutes or more and not even realize cause I was having fun doing all types of move, like air punching, etc. And it's fun.

Get up and move around every 45 minutes when I am at a desk.
I am often posted at a desk in my job and find that if I don't move I feel terrible. I make an effort to move every 45 minutes, even if I am only pacing in the office. I feel better and my energy level rises to help me get through the day without the need for stimulants. 104
I turn on some music and dance around the kitchen while I am cooking. I do lunges on the way from the sink to the counter and back. I do squats to get into the fridge. I keep my body moving as much as possible while I am just standing there waiting for things to cook. If its a casserole, I pop it in the oven and often have 30 minutes at least for some exercise.
