I struggled with constant hunger - I mean I felt like I was STARVING all the time. I started taking Konjac Root (Nutrigold) 2x/day (first thing in the morning, and early afternoon) along with Garcinia Cambogia (heard about it on Dr. Oz - not proven to work though) and it has REALLY helped. I also cut way back on gluten, artificial sweeteners and any added sugar, which probably also helped make cravings subside. I lost 50 lbs. in 7 months and feel fantastic.

    I'm also taking Garcinia Cambogia , I got the 1000g tablets, started 20/06/2014 I take three per day and wait 1 hour afterwards before eating, I have also starting eating healthier and do moderate exercises in the week, and gardening and walking on weekends, my starting weight was 64kgs I'm now 60.8kgs a month later, what I love is that I have started getting aware of what I'm eating, I get very thirsty so I drink min 2lts water per day, I've joined Spark People because I want this life style to continue. I'm planning on going off the tablets in 2 months time......

    I've been on the garcinia for less than a week with a 15 day cleanser and it is working!!!. In three days I was down by 4 lbs and am loosing on average of 1lb per day. Love it

    don't you have to take Garcinia Cambogia on an empty stomach? then u would only be able to take in the morning? Please let me know.

    How much did you take? I do 750 mg. Konjac, and 500 mg. Garcinia 2x/day. I guess the only real way to know whether it has made a difference for me would be to eliminate one thing (e.g., garcinia) and keep doing everything else I'm doing and see if my weight loss continues at the same pace.

BTW, I heard of a woman who fed her husband Exlax but he didn't know it. He thought he had some horrible disease. She did it because she hated him though. Too awful! emoticon

    I tried that Garcania stuff and I also had my husband on it (but he didn't know it) neither one of us lost any weight
