Whenever I feel that I have problems out of control and find myself filled with negative thoughts I go for a walk in sun light and fresh air. Imagine that you are throwing the negative energy you have inside. Raise you head high to feel the sun light in your face and get fresh air in. Then run to break the stress. After that try to think and find solutions for your problems. Even if you didn't find a solution you will find yourself have the power to face it.

I look at my exercise routine in short increments. I know I have spent 10+ hours in front of a computer screen (I am an auditor) that 1-2 hours more before I can relax at the end of the day is nothing. Also, I make my plan the night before so there is little room to get off track. Then at the end of the week all of the small amounts of exercise I did add up to a lot. My plan is to keep doing this until it is a habit and then add a little bit more etch week. (Routine building for all u flybabies)
A walk outdoors is my favorite because I get so little fresh air!!
It is so nice to open the windows and breathe the fresh air. Temperatures are great but the night's are getting cool so no AC and fresh air. Day time we get the Vitamin D which I have stored enough for a year. At night good sleeping because fresh air and cool what can you are for that is any better than that. Smile love life.
