I keep a 16 oz glass next to my kitchen sink. Every time I pass the kitchen sink I fill up the glass and drink it all down. So with the time I am in the kitchen during meal times I easily down 2-3 of these glasses at each meal. Also, when a craving comes on I have made it habitual to reach for my glass next to the kitchen sink instead of heading to the fridge!
I have a terrible tendency to overeat at the supper meal. I read that soup or a salad with a meal will help with this. So started including small, not so fancy salad with most suppers.This has been a life saver to me!I don't keep on reaching for seconds(or even thirds) on more fattening foods at meal time.41
