If you're trying to make yourself get into an AM workout routine but are not a morning person, don't allow yourself "snooze button" time. Set your alarm for the time you need to get up to get your workout in - setting it 10 minutes earlier so you can catch a few extra zzzs can too easily turn into 20 or 30 minutes.

We all know how important it is to keep moving--and how easy it is to cut back on sleep when there are many demands on our time. Don't skimp on sleep by trying to add more events to the days. It's a stressor & gets everying out of balance. and Don't repeatedly hit the snooze button, either go to sleep earlier or take a nap. Don't let the snooze button become a habit that needs broken.
