If you're trying to make yourself get into an AM workout routine but are not a morning person, don't allow yourself "snooze button" time. Set your alarm for the time you need to get up to get your workout in - setting it 10 minutes earlier so you can catch a few extra zzzs can too easily turn into 20 or 30 minutes.
