Since I've been on midnights when I'm at home on a leave day, it's hard for me to get to sleep, so what I do now is work out , take a shower, eat some bran flakes with Soy milk and go to bed. This helps me sleep and I've gotten an extra workout in. 104
After my regular cardio/strength training workout, I unwind with about 10 minutes of yoga. I start with a few sun salutations to keep my heart rate going then steadily decrease intensity until I'm fully relaxed.
It's a great way to wind down after a workout and it also burns a few extra calories!
