I power walk through long hallways of my house.
I also do forward lunges to get from one place to another.
I was putting away dishes on a three step ladder today. I then used that ladder as a stair stepper for some up and down exercising. I also used it for some calf toning exercises.

    Thanks I like the the step ladder idea. We are putting fences up at the moment and I tend to spend a lot of time waiting for further instructions from my hubby, so now I won't stand still. I will do squats or lunges and small sprints in between his instructions!
