Syrup was adding wasteful calories and too sweet for me, well I've discovered apple sauce is just as good and tasty. Try it and let me know what you think! I use it on French toast, pancakes and my Belgium waffles to name a few

Honey, rice syrup,organic dehydrated cane juice. anything ending in OSE,, sorbitol, Sorghum or sorghum syrup, Corn syrup, or corn syrup solids AND CORN SWEETNER Molasses, maltose, Malt syrup, Fruit juice concentrate, Dextrin, Lactose, Invert sugar.... these are all just sugar. READ THE LABELS ..WRITE THEM DOWN AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM...THEY JUST ADD CALORIES AND POUNDS!
Put frozen strawberries in a bowl, and sprinkle with sugar substitute (I use Splenda), mix them them around in bowl until sugar substitute dissolves on strawberries, then lightly drizzle with chocolate syrup..... Delicious and a light snack! 211
