Sometimes when I'm not feeling motivated, I just need to get out of my own head for awhile. I try to make time every day to go through my friend feed. I click the "I liked this" button and/or make comments to cheer my friends on when they have successes and show support when they are struggling. By taking the time to help other people on their journey, I have noticed it helps me get my head back in the game even when I'm not feeling motivated.
