I find that I love to perfect the art of making homemade soups to help me loose weight. I can make a huge pot of soup for the week and if I get tired of it I freeze it and make something else. It curbs my appetite and I can chalk it full of vitamin enriched foods.
My favorite is a small can of Pumpkin Puree thinned with skim milk, heated with 1 package of sweetener and cinnamon is delicious. If I want to use it as a dessert I add one big drop of cool whip. My kind of Pumpkin pie.
