No matter how much pain I am in, I know that the only thing that is going to help me feel better is to get up and move. As I am moaning and groaning as I move across the room, I make that special effort to do my stretches and warm up for that work out I know is going to make me feel much better inside and outside.
So My motivation is get up and move ( A body in motion stays in motion)

On days when I really don't feel up to working out, I remind myself to just "Do", do put one foot on the floor and let the rest follow. Inevitably, just taking the first step to "DO" something, leads me to do more than I thought possible!
Nothing needed but a positive state of mind--a body in motion...
Tell yourself that you are going to list your home for sale. Then spend 2/3 weeks doing repairs, cleaning out junk, putting stuff away and getting rid of items that you were meaning to throw away or donate anyway.
A great way to increase body motion and use different muscles.
