    I have been walking daily since 2008. That is when I saw that my high sugar binges were killing me, I am a type 2 diabetic, and I work too. I have to fit my exercise around all my other commitments. But I know I'm not alone, Women, worldwide have to adjust their diets and exercise to fit in as best it can, I use an electronic scale to measure every single food I eat, and I try to give myself a break once in a while going off the beaten path and eating as much as I want too. I give myself one day a month to eat anything but sugar laden foods that I want. And it has worked since 2008.
