I have been an avid water drinker for years and can attest to this skin rave. Your skin starts to look younger and I get lots of compliments on my skin at work. I rarely get any blemishes. Once you get into the habit of drinking cold water, you'll find you start to crave it! I don't know what I'd do if I was told to limit how much I actually drink in a day, especially with the added cardio I've been doing and strength. Your body truly needs this ingredient to be as healthy as it can. So drink to your health! PS: If you get so you can't stand the taste of plain water try adding a squeezed slice of lemon or lime. Also those small flavor packs from Crystal Light really help spice it up with minimal calories, plus it helps with some sugar cravings.

I take a bottle of water with me as I leave every morning for work and refill it at the water cooler when I get to work.
