Keeping extra water in my car has helped me when I start to have cravings. It has saved me many times to avoid the drive-thru lines and helps me make it until I make it home.

    Yes, I agree. I keep water in m car also. I have an insulated bag that keeps it cool in the summer.

    I try to keep water in the car, unfortunately i dont always bring it into work, so i return to 120 degree water---yuck!

I'll add just a splash of cranberry or other juice for a little flavor.

    I have been an avid water drinker for years and can attest to this skin rave. Your skin starts to look younger and I get lots of compliments on my skin at work. I rarely get any blemishes. Once you get into the habit of drinking cold water, you'll find you start to crave it! I don't know what I'd do if I was told to limit how much I actually drink in a day, especially with the added cardio I've been doing and strength. Your body truly needs this ingredient to be as healthy as it can.
So drink to your health!
PS: If you get so you can't stand the taste of plain water try adding a squeezed slice of lemon or lime. Also those small flavor packs from Crystal Light really help spice it up with minimal calories, plus it helps with some sugar cravings. emoticon emoticon

    I take a bottle of water with me as I leave every morning for work and refill it at the water cooler when I get to work.
