We all know how important it is to keep moving--and how easy it is to cut back on sleep when there are many demands on our time. But I've learned that when I don't get at least 7.5 hours of sleep, life starts to unravel. I'm more easily tempted to skip exercise and eat mindlessly, and it's harder to focus on the very things I thought I was making time for by cutting back on sleep. The result: slip-ups, stress, self-criticism, and negativity. Get your daily ZZZZZZZZ!

Part of staying healthy is getting lots of sleep. I try to get a nap each day. Once you can't get enough sleep during the night, make sure you get some sleep during the day. Even if you intended for it to be a nap and it ended up being a sleep. It is better. Getting you sleep renews you mind and you are able to think better. 10243
Night eating is a major temptation for a lot of people. Instead of sitting around & engaging in mindless eating, go to bed early. You can't eat if you're sleeping and a good night's sleep decreases your appetite! 31
Sleep is an important part of wellness and with wellness comes weight control. So I try to go to sleep at a reasonable time rather than stay up and watch television and end up snacking. So sleep over snack is my evening time advice!!
