Swap Spinach For Lettuce, Avocado For Mayo

Use spinach instead of lettuce on your sandwiches to boost nutrition. Also, use mashed avocado instead of cheese or mayonnaise to get those good fats.

    Like @thalemba, we've been swapping spinach for lettuce for a while. It tastes as good or better and it's definitely healthier!

    I swapped Avocado for mustard, a couple of months ago. And I've seen some difference in my Cholesterol numbers. I love Avocado so this was an easy swap for me. I have also switched to low sodium turkey and ham from Publix, as they are the only ones who sell Boarshead lunch meat in TN.
