I honestly FEEL good when I exercise consistently. But that doesn't mean I do 20 miles per day, if I get in exercise 3x/week on a week I'm not feeling too great then to me that's a success. If I exercise only 5 or 10 minutes a day for a week, that's a success to me too. The point is, I EXERCISED.

Don't stress yourself about controlling your sugars. Check your sugars often and take more insulin if needed. Denying yourself will only heighten your stress. Have a bite or two and be sensible about what you are doing. Don't stuff yourself and test. Have a Happy Thanksgiving!

I know when i have a clean house i am a much happier person and i am not grumpy stress does not let u loose weight so when u come home everyday form work u come to a good environment and u r a much happier person!!!give ur kids chores and yourself or they will not respect u .
