Double your dinner and save some in your freezer for later. It saves time and stress on those busy school nights. Running to soccer or baseball? Not a problem you have dinner waiting in the freezer. My family's freezer fav? Chicken Pot Pie!

MORE INFORMATION:
one box pillsbury pie crust, one can 98% fat free cream of chicken, one small bag of mixed veggies and some sage and you have dinner. To cook fresh cook at 375 for 30-45 minutes until crust browns. From frozen 375 for 2 hours. I usually take mine out the night before and keep in the fridge.

    I love the website once a month meal! They have diet, paleo, and whole food breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes! I make and freeze my meals ahead of time and then don't have to worry about those nights/days I am too tired to try and cook healthy. It is already done!
