Pre-chop veggies. Do the prep work in the evening when you're watching TV. Chop veggies while you watch your favorite shows. You can chop veggies for all your evening meals for the week in an hour or so. Then put in containers or bags and stick them in the fridge.

  • This really helps me when I feel as if I could walk into the kitchen and eat everything in sight while waiting the 3 minutes to microwave a healthy meal. While the meal is cooking I can munch those cleaned and cut veggies without sabotaging myself. emoticon emoticon emoticon - by PHOENIS5513
