Low Fat Diet Full Of Fruits/veggies/




When I fill myself up with good for me foods that are low in fat but high in nutrients, vitamins, and lean protein, I lose weight quickly and stay on track. As soon as I see the first few pounds come off on the scale, I get hyped to stay on track.

More Information:

I try to cut down on sweets, but if I am having a complete craving, I try to find a lower in fat version of whatever I am craving. For example if I am craving chocolate, I will have a cup of hot cocoa, a york peppermint patty, or a pudding cup. Then I don't feel "deprived"!
