I have found a product that I love to flavor my water it is True Lemon, True Lime, and True Orange. They also have some wonderful Lemonade sweetened with Truvia. The Crystals in the packetts are real juice and oils from the fruits and give you vitamin c and no calories. They taste fantastic.

after many years of taking meds i am now off meds; i did this by working out 30 minutes 5 out of 7 days which started out as simply walking!; increased fruits, water, veggies. really watched the carbs and protein.289274311
