If you have your workout clothes to hand the moment you get up and put them on, it motivates you to move. It's worked for me since I've started on Sp in 2007!

More Information:

If I'm not going to do ST I leave out my running/walking gear and get at least a 30-40 minute walk in before breakfast.
Trust me...it sets you up for the day
