Walking at least two times a day for at least an hour and drink plenty of water.
I start out at a decent pace then I change it up going fast and then slow depending whom Iam walking with my husband or my sister and it helps to have someone to walk with. The walks go faster and longer.

Walk, walk, walk. Park as far way as you can from the store. Take time to return the cart. Walk the dog. Walk up and down the steps in your house. Try the stairs, instead of the elevator. Just do what you can to keep moving.
This week I noticed a change in how I felt when I missed exercising - it affected everything. So I started walking and moving again - happy day - I was up, got back into the life style that I enjoy.
