If exercise has yet to become second nature or something to look forward to, do or watch or think about things that make you laugh. Getting started on the workout will be the perfect follow-up.
I discovered this when I watched "The Sunshine Boys" as a way to put off exercise. When the movie ended, I laughed all the way to the resistance bands. An experiment the next day with watching a great band on YouTube gave the same, magical result. Laughter = The Road to Exercise.
