I have learned to eat egg whites or egg white substitutes along with shrimp as my primary protein sources because they are so low in calories--more bang for my buck!

More Information:

Four egg whites is 80 calories and very filling; 80 calories of extra lean ground beef is less than 1/3 of a cup and not very filling at all.
