Quorn is my new favourite food! It is a low calorie protein source that tastes more like real meat than any other vegetarian meat substitute I've tried. Even my husband thought it was chicken when he tried it. It comes in strips, pieces, mince, sausage rolls, schnitzel, nuggets....
Thought it was all hype, even read not to believe what you see on tv - lol, like you can believe what you read! I noticed 4-5 days, I was moving my bowels a lot, like cleaning out. Then it settled to daily, which is good for me. I knew it worked because I went off it for a week and back on, same cycle again! A great way to eat something healthy with extra benefits!
My favorite yogurt is Breyer's Fruit on the Bottom - black cherry - yum, like dessert. So, I've doubled up some days on the yogurt since I'm having the Activia every day. Can't hurt! Low-calorie, protein that I actually like. You can do low/fat-free if you want, not for me!
