I got kind of lost in all of the information out there about losing weight so I made a calendar on my phone that alerts me when it's time to eat, cook, workout etc. These times corrospond with appointments and my work schedule so I'm able to "make an appointment" to work out and only eat when my calendar tells me it's time to!
