This is not a hard site to navigate if you have a plan. Log in, spin the wheel, record the food and then the exercise. Then play with anything else (e. g. post, blog, read articles, etc.). But get those 3 basics done first.
Spark time can go on for a while, and if that interferes with other things in your life, that's not good. So plan your time and make sure you first cover the top 3 things you need to do.
