Write Out Stress To Let It Go

This Sparked Me!

When I am stressed, tired or cranky, I write it down. Getting it down on the page gets it out of my system. If its just a mood, writing helps me get it out and change it up. If it's a problem, writing helps me think it through more logically (rather than emotionally). And writing about negative thoughts or energy keeps me from griping and avoids spreading negativity to others. That is a self-feeding cycle that I want no part of!
