I struggle to hit my 8 glasses a day and frequently loose count, so I've started adding bits of lemon to my glass. Each morning I cut 2 slices off a lemon and divide each into quarters. I keep my 8 pieces in the fridge and add a piece to my glass each time I refill it. Not only is it a visual reminder of how well I'm doing, but it makes the water taste nicer too!
