Change something little each day and they will add up to big changes on your body. Example: I will make one good choice per meal, I will walk 100 stairs each day, I will move my body in a way I have not moved before, I will celebrate what I can do and not what I cannot
When I'm angry or frustrated at someone, I usually go out and take a long walk, run stairs, or do some other type of physical activity. It gives me a chance to think, and to work out my feelings. Usually I run out of energy at the same time I run out of mad.41
I think this is a good way to get your feelings out . I usually find that I work out harder when I'm upset or angry than I do normally. When you get back, you may be sweaty, but you'll be calmer!
