Simple everyday stuff to do...we all know them; I just have to remind myself to DO them.
- When folding towels from the basket, I walk the towel to the closet with each towel folded...burn up more steps than doing one at a time. Same thing with loading dishes into the dishwasher, etc.
Being "efficient" (making one trip) doesn't maximize my exercise opportunities. So I make myself "less" efficient by making more trips. At grocery store, I make one full pass, pushing cart, with nothing in the basket...THEN I start shopping. Takes a few more minutes, but it gets me moving!
