My most successful clients are able to articulate WHY they want to lose the weight, and picture what it will be like when they get there:
- Play with kids
- Reduce Rx dependence
- Dress size
- Feel more attractive, etc.
Pounds are like money - people don't really want money, they want the things money can buy. So don't focus on the # of pounds! Focus on the WHY!
