If I'm fixing dinner after church, I peel the potatoes and get them ready. I turn the burner on and start them to boil then turn off the burner and let the pan sit on the burner. When we get home they are done and not soggy.
I'm fortunate enough to work at a company that has desks that raise up, so most of the day I stand while I'm at work. Also, I will sometimes march in place while I'm typing away at my computer. Not a huge calorie burner of course, but at least it gets my circulation revved up and I get some extra steps in.
