Cardio is more important than resistance training.In fact, I do cardio every weekdays and resistance training just on Saturdays. Here is he best cardio routine: Mon-Swimming
Tue-Swimming Wed-Bask etball Thurs-Swimming
Fri-Swimming Sat- Resistance training.
If your asking me why cardio is important,it is because cardio extends your afterburn effect wich helps you burn fat.Resistance training also has the effect but it only has little of that.So do cardio now.

After gaining about 49lbs from a divorce, stressed, holidays and thyroids problems, I was not feeling health and was having low self esteem issues.
