Cardio is more important than resistance training.In fact,
I do cardio every weekdays and resistance training just on Saturdays.
Here is he best cardio routine:
Mon-Swimming

Tue-Swimming
Wed-Bask
etball
Thurs-Swimming

Fri-Swimming
Sat-
Resistance training.

MORE INFORMATION:
If your asking me why cardio is important,it is because cardio extends your afterburn effect wich helps you burn fat.Resistance training also has the effect but it only has little of that.So do cardio now.
