It's taken me YEARS to do what I am finally doing --- changing my lifestyle and not just dieting.
My secrets are: 1, realizing that I am not depriving myself when I eat smaller portions and strive for balanced, healthy meals because the foods I eat are DELICIOUS and 2, constant journaling to vent about the lapses and learn from them. Together, I am loving myself more.
