If you purchase a prepaid Kroger credit card, reloadable; it acts as a Kroger card and for every 1,000 you get $5 free groceries. With the card, the points do not fall off until you use it. So you can save them up (except for fuel). Another saver is to get the coupons in the mail, instead of online. They cater to you specific taste and you always get coupons for free products that way. I look forward to free frozen veggies and water. This does not apply to online coupons.

Have a Kroger card? You can be saving additional money throughout the year! Just log on to your account at Kroger.com, and they will have a large list of coupons you can load straight to your Kroger card (and also some to print!) Just scan your card, then the item, and wallah! Instant savings.
When I'm craving ice cream, I usually buy a pint of Active Lifestyle ice cream. It has less than half the calories of my favorite Ben & Jerry's ice cream (and is usually 1/4 of the price!). There aren't nearly as many flavors, but it's still delicious! My favorite is Vanilla Berry with Granola. :)
I believe Active Lifestyle is a Kroger brand, so you may only be able to buy it if you have access to a Kroger.
