If you're a runner and have been racing (or if you've never raced), try some of the novelty runs they have now. Mud runs, color runs, and electric runs all give you a chance to run just for fun, but still have the community and celebration that racing provides.

Dieting is a life style change. The easiest option is to take it one day a time. Each time you make a decision, think about it. Do you really want to eat that or drink that? Think how hard some things are to work off. THINK then act. One step at time.

If you are afraid of again failing with your weightloss attempt, make a priority list of everything you want to accomplish in order to live a healthy lifestyle. Concentrate only on item 1 & work on that until you are comfortable w/the change b4 moving onto numbers 2, 3, 4, etc. Find what works for U

Doing something fun will keep you motivated, especially when you get results! On our Spark team the Amazing Race Fans, we ran a virtual race around the world via our fitness minutes and by eating fruits & veggies and drinking water.
