While watching the baseball game instead of sitting on the couch, I sit on an exercise ball or the floor and do crunches or other exercises. I can still see the game. So while my favorite team is playing, I am burning calories or strength training.

I've always been a gamer however being a gamer means sitting on your butt for extended amounts of time & not exercising.
So, in order to play 4 hours of Xbox 360, I have to spend 2 hours exercising, at least 3 times a week. Of course, during the semester, 2 hours of exercise = 4-6 hours of study time. Funny how that works out!
I try to snack on fruit & healthier snacks during game time whether it's on a console or gaming on the PC.
