Dancing is so much fun. There is no right or wrong way to do it. Celebrate yourself and move to the music. I put on top 40 hits with a heart thumping beat and move. My teenage daughter used to cover her eyes and groan in embarrassment. Now she can't help but move too. We now dance together.
Ok we all have laundry to do, when it comes to folding its a bore, well one day I had on some oldies and just started moving to the music while folding and putting away. I keep my feet a stepping, it was fun and when I checked my pedometer I had added another 10 minutes to my aerobic steps. Cool way to get some fun exercise and get work done too.
I tried this out the other day and I am addicted! You do real dance moves to fun music (current and older). I danced for 10 songs (took about 30-40) and I burned 325 cal according to my HRM. It didn't feel like exercise!
