This Sparked Me!

Losing weight when I am very busy, stressed, or in the middle of a crisis does not work for me. I pick a time when I have the time and energy to focus every day without distractions - this is not easy for me or anyone else. This time I hope to keep it off - just retired a couple years ago so have more time now - more time to sit around and eat and gain weight, or time to focus on getting the weight off and improving my health. I chose the latter. Writing the food down every day is critical.

    I agree i find that reading blogs helps to. it give me a lot of ideals and tip while keeping my mind busy on the right thing. just take a deep breath or walk out side ,
