This past week has been the BEST for me and I am SURPRISED I have lost weight without tracking on paper! I have three years experience on SP with tracking my Nutrition so I know what to do and I STILL measure my food,not eyeball it! But though I lost the wt. with the Nutrition tracker through SP, I am learning if I DO NOT exercise AT LEAST 30 minutes a day, WATCHING VERY CAREFULLY what I EAT, I will gain the weight lost back. I have lost 20 lbs. through SP in 5 mos.
and slowly gained 11 back over 3 years. I am now down 3 lbs. this WEEK due to eating properly and allowing for the sweet ,but EXERCISING ahead of time and that burns it off. Note: MY BMR [Basal Metabolic Rate] is at 1819 right now WITHOUT any exercise.I still say stay with the Nutrition Tracker !
