Think you have no time to exercise? Use those minutes you spend just standing. Sometimes when there is a minute left on the timer when I am cooking something, I'll use that minute to do jumping jacks, squats, high knees, etc.
Taking advantage of those idle moments can add up to some time that you are moving.
College students--take advantage of the gym at school!
Looking back, I can't believe I never took advantage of the wonderful gyms and pools at the colleges and grad schools I went to. They were free, they were right in front of me, and I never used them. A serious regret!
