I keep a basket of healthy snacks on the kitchen counter. I fill it with nutrition/health bars, trail mix in single servings, granola bars, etc. This helps to keep me on track during a "snack attack"! I grab something from this basket to satisfy those cravings or moments of hunger, that way, I know I am choosing wisely 211
Some of my selections include "Biggest Loser bars" and Fiber One bars. I also make my own varieties of trail mix and put them into snack-sized ziploc bags.
