Use the hunger/satiety chart to evaluate at what hunger level to eat, when to stop eating. This really helped me realize that I was not eating enough at meals, which caused me to snack more often. Get full to the point of "pleasurably full." You'll eat fewer snacks!

I tried scheduling appts and that dont work. but what is working better is having a chart to put exercise on and have a trainer sign I did the exercise. If I do something at home I can put on it too. No fibing allowed.
The chart has type of exercise how long calories burned I even post weigh in on it oh and a spot for siguatures.
