If I have an early start to my day, I try to remember to organize my lunch and snacks the night before and stick them all in a bag in the fridge so I can just grab it and go!

Keeps me prepared and from hitting the vending machines or 'goodies' my co-workers bring in.

    I keep instant oatmeal and low fat jello snacks in my desk at work, even if I don't have time to eat breakfast I can make something here!

    Sometimes I am late to work (like today) getting all my meals and snacks together.

    I work 12 hour days. I pack 3 meals to take with me. It keeps me on track and the food I take is better than the cafeteria!

    I have to do this every day in order to stay on track. I also bring my water, soda or other beverages in addition to lunch & snacks.
