Drink Water While Eating To Comsume Less Calories.

My grandmother who i grew up with used to tell me eat your food 1st then drink. I'm sure this makes a lot of sense and can be scientifically proven. However, I've found that sipping water between bites of food made me full faster and as a result i consumed less calories.

Drink water, lots of it. Before you start to eat your meal drink some water. Then while you are eating drink more water. It is hard to get off of flavored drinks but once you get use to having water with your meal you will notice how much less calories you are taking it by just drinking water!
Water is also a great snack. Remember that.
Drink lots of water and eat at least 3 TBLS of greens
Drink at least 32 oz of water - twice day and eat either turnips greens or spinach before eating anything else.
The water and the greens promote healthy eating and reduce hunger pains. Since I have IBS, this works great for me without any bloating. Of course, quit the sodas or diet sodas altogether. Use Stevia instead of Splenda, etc. -- it's naturally made.
