if you is like me who is always running low on time just make your breakfast at night then in the morning just heat it up and go. never skip breakfast because you are more than likely to over eat at lunch time.

Always start your day with a healthy breakfast. If you are pressed for time, set it up the night before but don't skip breakfast.
