I live at a campground from April to October. We tried to do a biggest loser with a weigh in and then you pay $5 every week. At the end of September the top two people would receive the pot. It didn't go over. I decided that I would do it on my own and am still putting away that $5

4# Dumbbells for upper body excercise while watching Biggest Loser (or any other Favorite Show)
I have started using dumbbells while watching TV. It only is upper body, but useful in stretching shoulders and arms, and useful in low-stress, lots of repititions. And if I do it while watching TV, I feel still relaxing and enjoying my evening, while getting low impact workout. Works for me!!
