The use of the cheat meal... Stop treating yourself with food. You are not a dog.. Don't derail all of your hard work by eating a meal that is going to leave you feeling disgusted during your next workout. Try eating half.

Treat yourself to new jewelry, fitness equipment, shoes, free day.If you want to have something eat it. Try a reduced fat recipe. Sub that sour cream with Greek yogurt. Save some calories. It will be well worth it. Plus you won't feel as if you're cheating yourself.

  • or like you said, don't treat yourself with food at all. I treat myself with clothes. When I lose weight I need new clothes anyway, plus its very motivating when you fit into a smaller size. So treat yourself to a new top or pants. - by TIME-4-TINA
