I completely agree with this strategy. I'm trying hard not to do any weird eating ideas. I want this to be a natural way of life for me.

I wrote a blog about this after seeing a friend's Nutrition Tracker and she was eating meal replacement bars, eating pistachios and drinking Bailey's. Although I know I could eat pistachios and drink Bailey's every day (!) I think eating replacements bars instead of meals is a bad idea in the long run. Take the opportunity now while you're here on SP and learn how to eat properly!

Absolutely! It is how I've kept off the weight I lost nearly 4 years ago. :)

This makes so much sense to me, but I guess it wouldn't make a very exciting diet book. "Lose 2 pounds per month!" Nah, that wouldn't sell. However, this is probably the only thing that will work for most of us. Eliminating bad habits and developing new healthy ones at a pace that doesn't overwhelm. It's a much slower, less gratifying process, but it will last a lot longer--for a life time!
